Refund policy

At Lakay Atelier, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We gladly offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Applicable to customers in the European Union

14-Day Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required. To exercise this right, contact us at lakayatelier@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds We will process your refund within 14 daysof receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Print-on-demand products (made to order via our production partners)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 30 daysand we'll make it right at no cost to you.
